Treadmills
+ Check that each machine functions properly
+ Adjust running belt tension and adjust tracking when necessary
+ Inspect tension and wear of drive belts and adjust if necessary
+ Test current draw of each machine
+ Remove hood and vacuum inside
+ Inspect motor brushes for excess wear or damage
+ Clean and inspect upper display
Steppers
+ Check that each machine functions properly
+ Clean and inspect display
+ Remove covers and examine all moving parts
+ Check and adjust chain/belt tension
+ Clean and lubricate the chains/belts and other moving parts
Elliptical/Cross Trainers
+ Check that each machine functions properly
+ Clean wheels and ramps
+ Inspect and lube lift motor
+ Check main crank and tighten if necessary
+ Clean and inspect display
Strength Equipment
+ Check each machine’s operation and make necessary adjustments
+ Perform a complete and comprehensive inspection of all cables, pulleys,
bearing and other moving parts
+ Inspect upholstery
+ Clean and lubricate guide rods
+ Check and tighten all frame bolts as needed
Bikes
+ Check that each machine functions properly
+ Remove covers, lube all chains and adjust belts when necessary
+ Check that each crank is tight
+ Inspect the seats and tighten, align or adjust if necessary
+ Clean and inspect display

+ Check each machine functions correctly
